The mechanical and chemical properties of 3D-printed plastic parts with industrial-level production machines are completely comparable to traditional methods. About 85% of all the prints we make are used in the final product.

We have a comprehensive selection of plastic materials from standard PA12 to durable glass-reinforced polyamide and flexible rubber-like TPU.

Today, 3D printing technology has developed to the point where we can implement serial production as a 3D printing service cost-effectively. We offer serial production for both metal and plastic prints. The 3D printing service enables easy scaling of production from individual parts to serial production.

3D Scanning

Plastic Materials for 3D Printing Service

PA12 Grey

P12 Grey is a pigmented version of PA2200. It is a grey technical plastic used in the SLS printing technology. The material has been developed to be compatible with the fiber laser of Farsoon Flight machines.

PA2200 (PA12)

PA2200 is a nylon based on polyamide 12. Compared to ordinary polyamide, PA2200 nylon has a higher melting point and crystallization. As a raw material, PA2200 nylon is considered the standard material for 3D prints.

PA3200GF (PA12GF)

Glass-reinforced polyamide. The raw material is polyamide (PA12) mixed with small glass beads. The beads strengthen the resulting parts and increase the stiffness, abrasion resistance, and temperature resistance.

PA2210 FR – UL 94 V-0

PA2210 FR PA12-based nylon containing a halogen-free flame retardant chemical. This fire-classified nylon is roughly equivalent to PA2200 material in its mechanical properties.

ROLASERIT® TPU is a versatile thermoplastic polyurethane ideal for parts that require flexibility, durability, and shock absorption. Its properties form a bridge between rubbers and plastics.

EOS StainlessSteel PH1 is a pre-alloyed stainless steel in fine powder form. The chemistry of EOS StainlessSteel PH1 conforms to the compositions of DIN 1.4540 and UNS S15500.

Martensitic tool steel 1,2709 is a very hard and durable steel. Excellent suitability for tools is due to its characteristic hardness, compression strength and wear resistance obtained through annealing.
